IB Physics is divided into two levels: SL (Standard Level) and HL (Higher Level). It is considered the fundamental science as it provides the basis for all other branches of science. IB Physics is introduced in both the Middle Year Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP). The syllabus is extensive and covers a broad range of topics, from light and sound to archaeology and the study of matter and energy.
